LONDON - British Kashmiris living in Burton will march an anti-India demonstration to London on 27th of this month to be marked as Black Day by the Kashmiris.
On 27th October, 1947, India had landed its troops in Srinagar and illegally occupied the territory of Jammu and Kashmir against the will of the Kashmiri people and Partition Plan. Since then Kashmiris on both sides of the world and across the world have been observing 27th October as black day.
The protest is aimed at raising awareness about the Kashmir dispute and highlighting the issues surrounding the occupied territory.
