PESHAWAR: All rest houses of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) are now available for the public to use on “commercial basis,” Fawad Chaudhry announced in a social media post on Friday.

Spokesperson for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) made it known on the social media that Chief Minister House among all rest houses of the provincial government will now be available to the public.

The political organisation that won the provincial government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in General Elections 2013 has been claiming for the past years of having taken productive steps unlike the federal government led by chief of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Nawaz Sharif.

Imran Khan, Chairman of PTI claimed in his address delivered at a rally held in Sialkot that the Government of KP has realised PTI’s dream of a ‘new Pakistan’ by bringing positive changes.

One of the multiple developments that Khan accredits his government with is de-politicisation of police in the province.

While addressing a ceremony organised by the Christian community in Nowshera in January, Chief Minister of KP, Pervaiz Khattak had asserted that the province was corruption free.
