India has agreed to allow Pakistan to inspect its projects on Chenab river basin.
The important development in Pakistan-India water dispute comes after Federal Minister Faisal Vowda's concerted efforts to agree India to resolve the issue.
Faisal Vowda in a statement said, Pakistan will send a three-member special team to India to inspect the projects and the directive for this purpose have already been issued.
The special team led by Indus Water Commissioner will inspect the Indian projects from 27th January to 1st of February.
The Minister also welcomed Indian gesture and hoped India will also open up dialogue to resolve other issues.
