MUNICH: A meeting was held in Munich between Secretary of State John Kerry, his Russian counterpart and other diplomats to implement cease-fire in Syria.

They agreed for a cease-fire to bring aid in the country to stem humanitarian crises.

The ceasefire doesnot include ISIS and al-Qaeda affiliated al-Nusra Front group.

Syrian troops have captured major city of Aleppo with the help of Russian airstrikes which is causing a new humanitarian crises.

Both US and Russia are conducting independent airstrikes on opposite sides in  Syria which complicates the cease-fire effort.
