LAHORE – An accountability court (AC) in Lahore has on Thursday given lastchance to Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly ShehbazSharif’s wife Nusrat Shehbaz and son Salman Shehbaz to appear before it.
According to details, AC Judge Jawad-ul-Hassan issued three-page writtenverdict of the money laundering reference against Shehbaz Sharif’s family.
It has been stated in the decision that, according to the investigationofficer, advertisements summoning Nusrat Shehbaz have been displayed.Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shahbaz and eight others have been indicted in thecase, the decision said while adding that all suspects pleaded not guilty.

The decision further stated that Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz’s lawyersought fifteen days to read the reference and the request has beenapproved. The court has also ordered Shehbaz Sharif’s daughter Rabia Imranand son-in-law Haroon Yousaf to appear during the next hearing.
