Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch Naya Pakistan Certificates (NPCs) bythe State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for overseas Pakistanis today.
According to the details, Senator Faisal Javed said in his tweet said that:
Faisal Javed said that the certificates will be made available for theperiod of 3 months to 5years while early encashment is allowed.
He added that no tax filing is required for Non-Resident Pakistanis (NRP)and only 10 percent withholding tax will be charged on profits.
‘Naya Pakistan Certificates are fully repatriable and no approvals requiredfor remitting funds abroad,’ added Faisal Javed.
