ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court (SC) on Monday has approved the appeal filed byNational Accountability Bureau (NAB) against the suspension of ex-primeminister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Captain (r)Safdar’s sentences in Avenfield reference for hearing.
During the proceedings, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisarsaid that Nawaz’s lawyer Khawaja Harris has requested to form larger benchfor the appeal after a long debate.
The hearing has been adjourned till December 12.
