Muhammad Rizwan dedicated his victory against Sri Lanka to the brothers andsisters in Gaza, as per the statement from the ICC.The ICC’s statement onhis tweet was that after Pakistan’s victory against Sri Lanka, Rizwan’stweet about Gaza is beyond their jurisdiction.
