Pakistan People’s Party central leader Faisal Karim Kundi has said that thepolitical situation of the People’s Party will become clear after the CECmeeting. Level playing field should be provided to everyone. The situationof PTI Chairman is different after May 9th events.
Speaking in a conversation he said that Nawaz Sharif’s legal team will dealwith his legal matters. Thursday is the CEC meeting of the People’s Party,and the political situation of the People’s Party will become clear afterthe meeting.
He said that Nawaz Sharif is facing courts; if relief is granted, it’s adifferent matter. We wish well for Nawaz Sharif. A level playing fieldshould be provided to everyone. The situation of PTI Chairman is differentafter the events of May 9th.
On the other hand, the opposition leader in the National Assembly and theleader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Khurram Dastgir, andthe leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Qamar Zaman Kaira, saidduring a Geo News program that the President does not have the authority toset an election date.

Maryam Nawaz has directed that the focus should be on the youth of Sindh,and a new organization called the Muslim League (N) Youth Wing should beformed. It is reported that Maryam Nawaz will soon undertake anorganizational tour of Sindh. On the other hand, according to sources, thePakistan People’s Party has stated that former President Asif Ali Zardarihas made important decisions by informing Nawaz Sharif of the currentsituation and has sent an important message to the party leadership throughBilawal Bhutto Zardari.
