ISLAMABAD – Only one Pakistani University has been ranked in top 500 WorldUniversities by TIMES Higher Education Universities Rankings while sixother Universities have been ranked in top 1000.
Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) is the only Pakistani university to be rankedamong the top 500 universities in the world, according to the *Times HigherEducation* World University Rankings 2020link.
The 2020 edition for the annual ranking released on Wednesday includesclose to 1,400 universities from across 92 countries. Among them are 14Pakistani universities.
QAU is the top-ranked Pakistani university at number 401–500.
