Supreme Court gives yet another setback to PTI

*ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) has postponed tomorrow’s hearing on theArticle 63 (A) presidential reference due to the non-appointment of the newattorney general (AG). *

A five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) UmarAta Bandial was scheduled to hear the presidential reference regardingArticle 63 (A) on Tuesday (tomorrow).

The top court’s spokesperson said that the hearing was deferred on therequest of the additional attorney general.
