ISLAMABAD- The government of Pakistan has set a deadline for the return ofthousands of Pakistani refugees who are currently residing in Afghanistan,it has been reported.

According to the local media reports, citing the relevant officials, atleast 15,00 Pakistani families from North Waziristan are currently based inAfghanistan.

The Fata Disaster Management Authority Mian Adil Zahoor has said that thegovernment would facilitate return of the tribal people from Afghanistan bythe end of April. The decision was taken at a high-level meeting.

Zahoor further added that after expiry of the deadline the tribal peoplecould return to their homes, but would not be entitled to any assistancefrom the government.
