ISLAMABAD – *Pakistan’s Mohammad Bilal has won a bronze medal at Gold CoastCommonwealth Games on Thursday after beating his opponent from England inwrestling.*

Bilal completely overpowered his opponent George Ramm and won the match 3:1on points.

Earlier he defeated Gary Giordmaina of Malta and Charles Fernando Divoshanof Sri Lanka in initial matches but went down fighting against India’sRahul Aware in the semi-final.

This is Pakistan’s third medal (all bronze) in the Commonwealth Games. Theearlier two medals were won by weightlifters.
