ISLAMABAD – Pakistan is likely to make a change in the playing XI squad inthe third and crucial match against New Zealand today.
Fakhar Zaman to be included in the playing eleven for the third anddecisive one-day international match against the in-form New Zealand.
With no wins yet in the tour, the Pakistani team will enter the third ODIwith high hopes of keeping the series alive. Fakhar Zaman – who missed thesecond one-day due to injury concerns – will replace Imam-ul-Haq in thematch.
Fakhar Zaman was the only batsman to make a mark in the first match. He hadscored 82 in the match with five 4s and six 6s.
A practice session was held on Friday in which the Sarfraz XI trained forall three departments. All-rounder Shadab Khan expressed hope that the teamwill try its best to live up to the expectations of their fans.
The third match will decide the fate of Pakistan-NZ series at Dunedin.
