*ISLAMABAD - Massive smuggling of t*he US dollar and several foreign currencies through Iran land route has been reported.
The federal government after obtaining data of the people travelling abroad via the land route has initiated the investigation, Tribune has reported.
Federal government has obtained particulars along with the record of travellers who have paid several visits to Iran within a span of four months.
The Integrated Border Management System of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has sent a detailed list of 100 people travelling to Iran through the Taftan border crossing to the finance ministry and the FBR.
