ISLAMABAD -New developments reported over the Diamer Bhasha and Mohmmad Damcase.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has set Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand Damimplementation case for hearing on December 12.
A five-member bench headed by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed has beenconstituted. Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Faisal Arab also joinedthe bench while Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan and Justice Muneeb Akhtar will alsobe an integral part of it.
