The interim Taliban government has announced the establishment of amilitary tribunal to enforce Islamic law in Afghanistan.
In a statement, Taliban’s Deputy Spokesman, Enamullah Samangani said themilitary tribunal will have the authority to interpret Shariah rulings,issue decrees relevant to Islamic civil laws and and petitions againstTaliban officials and members of the police, army, and intelligence units.
