Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has equated Israel’s brutalattacks on innocent Palestinians in Gaza to “massacre.” According tointernational news agencies, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed members of hisparty in Parliament and stated that Israel’s bombings in Gaza in responseto Hamas’ attacks constitute a “massacre.”
President Erdoğan of Turkey emphasized that there are ethics in war, andIsrael’s attacks are a violation of those ethics. Preventing people fromaccessing their basic necessities and bombing homes is not a war but amassacre.
He stated that Hamas’ attack is a result of years of injustice againstPalestinians. The only path to peace is a two-state solution and theestablishment of an independent Palestinian state.
