The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has declared the Khawaja brothersinnocent in the Paragon Housing Society reference.
According to the NAB report, there is no evidence of corruption againstKhawaja Saad Rafique and Khawaja Salman Rafique; therefore, further actionis not required against them.
NAB has requested that the Paragon reference be sent to the Lahore HighCourt for a trial. The Lahore Accountability Court has sent the referenceto the Lahore High Court as per NAB’s request.
According to the NAB report, approval has been granted for the Aziz BhattiTown from the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), while no approval hasbeen granted for the Lahore Development Authority (LDA).
