*ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court rejected on Thursday a petition todisqualify Pakistan’s ambassador to the US, Ali Jahanagir Siddiqui.*
The petitioner’s lawyer argued that Siddiqui is not a civil servant andthat his appointment was not according to the law.
The court asked for the law that says that an ambassador has to be a civilservant.
