Governer Sindh confirms foreign investment worth 20billion from friendly countries

Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori has said that in the coming months, foreigninvestment of 20 to 25 billion dollars is expected from friendly countries.

Efforts are being made to provide relief to the public through the IMFprogram, and the dollar is expected to decrease further. Along with foreigninvestment, many relief measures will be implemented.

After meeting with business leaders in Karachi, he spoke to the media,stating that efforts are being made to support Pakistan’s economy, and weall want the economy to thrive and provide comfort to the common people. Discussions have taken place with Pakistani business leaders to run theindustry. New tariffs will be introduced before October 31 to provide cheapelectricity to the industry, especially during the winter. Extra gas willbe supplied to run industries during the cold season. The government ismaking every effort to reduce electricity prices.
