The Taliban government imposed a ban on Pakistani currency in Afghanistan.According to reports, Afghan citizens were given a deadline of 2 months toexchange Pakistani currency for Afghan currency.

Keeping Pakistani rupees, engaging in trade with them, or taking them intoAfghanistan after 2 months will be considered a crime
