*Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed deep grief and sorrow over the saddemise of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s wife Kulsoom Nawaz in aLondon hospital.*
According to a statement, the prime minister issued directives forprovision of all facilities to the family and heirs of Kulsoom Nawaz as perlaw.
Ms Nawaz, who had been battling cancer at the London’s Harley StreetClinic, died today.
The prime minister further directed the Pakistani High Commission in Londonto assist the deceased’s family members in provision of all necessaryfacilities.

Separately, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa expressed hisgrief and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family on the demise ofBegum Kulsoom Nawaz.
In a tweet posted by ISPR Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor, thearmy chief prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul.
