COAS General Bajwa responds over death of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz

RAWALPINDI – Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa expressed condolences on thedemise of the former first lady.

Kulsoom Nawaz, the wife of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif died onTuesday in London, months after a cardiac arrest put her to Intensive CareUnit (ICU).

The death of Kulsoom Nawaz was confirmed by her son Hassan and PakistanMuslim League Nawaz president, Shehbaz Sharif.

PM Imran Khan assured to provide all legal amenities to Sharif family andhe has instructed the Pakistani High Commissioner in London in this regard.
