*ISLAMABAD: *The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday constituted anotherdivision bench to hear petitions seeking suspension of the sentencesawarded to the members of the Sharif family in the Avenfield Apartments’reference, making it the third in less than a month.

The newly formed bench comprising Justice Athar Minallah and JusticeMiangul Hassan Aurangzeb would take up the matter as Justice Aamer Farooq,who was a part of the previous bench, has left for summer vacations.

The court would hear petitions of ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif, hisdaughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Captain (retd) Safdar againstsuspension of sentences.

In July, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani availed summer vacations afterhearing Sharif family’s appeals against judgment of the accountabilitycourt, petitions seeking suspension of the sentences and a transferapplication requesting IHC to transfer pending references to anotheraccountability court
