ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday directed InteriorMinistry for putting US diplomat Colonel Joseph’s name in the Exit ControlList (ECL) in case pertaining to killing a youth in road accident.

Further tightening noose against the US diplomat, IHC judge Justice AamirFarooq while pronouncing reserved verdict on plea filed by the youthAteeq’s father.

The court while directing the Interior Ministry for putting ColonelJoseph’s name in the ECL asked the ministry to take decision in this regardin two weeks.

The court remarked that the US diplomat doesn’t have complete immunity.
