*ISLAMABAD – NAB to file corruption reference against Bahria Town chiefMalik Riaz. *
The reference is ready and has been sent to NAB Chairperson Justice (retd)Javed Iqbal for approval. If approved, it will then be filed in theaccountability court.
The bureau is investing Malik Riaz and his son Ali Malik Riaz in a caseregarding encroachment of land for their Bahria Golf City Murree project.They are accused of encroaching on land in Shamlat as well as illegallyallotting land for the project.
Both Malik Riaz and his son have been named as suspects in the case.
