ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister (PM) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi met Opposition Leaderin National Assembly (NA) Khurshid Shah and discussed candidates forcaretaker PM.

As per details, names of former finance minister Dr Hafeez Pasha, formerchief justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani and former governors of State BankDr Shamshad and Ishrat Hussain were taken under consideration.

Reportedly, a consensus has been developed between Pakistan MuslimLeague-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) over the name ofex-CJ Tassaduq Hussain Jillani.
