Gilgit Baltistan has been declared ‘Covid Free’ by the National Dashboardafter no case was recorded in the past 24 hours.
According to the National Dashboard, the active cases toll in GilgitBaltistan is now zero, however, administrative territory recorded 4,959infections, and 104 deaths since outbreak.
On the other hand, 53 more deaths and 2,258 new cases of COVID-19 werereported across the country over the last 24 hours. According to the lateststatistics, 566,493 people have so far recovered from the disease.
It merits mentioning here that the spring break of two weeks in all publicand private schools of Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Rawalpindi,Multan and Sialkot will be observed from Monday.
