*ISLAMABAD – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) gives yet anotherblow to the opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif.*
*NAB has decided to move the Supreme Court against the bail of OppositionLeader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif from the Lahore High Courton Monday.*
The Lahore NAB has sent the case to the NAB Headquarters. An appeal in thisregard will be filed in the SC this week.
The Lahore High Court (LHC) had granted bail to Opposition Leader in theNational Assembly Shehbaz Sharif in the Ashiana Housing Scheme and RamazanSugar Mills cases.
The court ordered to release him after furnishing two surety bonds worth Rsone million. The two-member bench headed by Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmedannounced the verdict that was reserved earlier.
The court had rejected the bail plea of Fawad Hassan Fawad in assets beyondknown sources of income case. However, he was granted bail in the AshianaHousing scandal.
The court remarked that Shehbaz Sharif is not the chief executive officer(CEO) of the Ramazan Sugar Mills.
