Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F), expressed concerns about Pakistan's position on recognizing Israel, stating that the country is facing external pressure to do so. He pointed out that global powers are exerting influence on Pakistan in this regard.

Additionally, he highlighted the shifting stances of the opposition parties within the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM). Initially, they had agreed to hold general elections based on the new census data, but now, as the government's tenure comes to an end, they are pushing for early elections.

Fazlur Rehman also mentioned the previous economic challenges Pakistan faced, including the depreciation of the Pakistani rupee, for which Ishaq Dar, a leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), was called upon but failed to bring significant change. Now, the opposition is rallying behind former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

It's worth noting that Pakistan's Foreign Office spokesperson, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, refrained from commenting on the existence of secret ties between Pakistan and Israel. She reiterated Pakistan's clear stance on Israel but emphasized that any decision regarding this matter would be made in the country's best interests.

Baloch made it clear that Pakistan makes its decisions independently, without the need for external guidance or pressure in matters related to Israel.
