All the coronavirus link indicators link in Pakistan have registered a significant drop during the last 24 hours (Saturday) as the country appears to be emerging from the fourth wave of the deadly pandemic, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The number of fatalities plunged below 20, infections link came down crashing under 800 and the positivity ratio link was also down considerably in the last many months.
The statistics released by the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Sunday morning showed that Pakistan has registered only 19 coronavirus link deaths link and 767 infections link the last 24 hours (Saturday),
As per the NCOC figures, after the addition of 19 new deaths link, the overall toll has now surged to 28,106 whereas the number of total infections link now stood at 1,251,955 after adding the fresh 767 cases link.
During the last 24 hours (Saturday), a total of 40,584 tests were conducted throughout Pakistan whereas the positivity ratio link stood at 1.88 percent. The number of patients in critical care was 2,540.
