Commander of the United States Central Command, General Joseph Votel has said that India’s policy to diplomatically isolate Pakistan hinders prospects for improved relations between the two countries.
Testifying before the Senate Armed Services Committee, he lauded coordination between the Pak-Afghan militaries. He said the US government was encouraged by military operation Radd-ul-Fasaad.
