PTI holds protest rally to show solidarity with people of Occupied Kashmir

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf held a protest rally at the famous D Chowk Islamabad today, to show solidarity with people of Occupied Kashmir and as a protest against the decision of Indian government to revoke special status of the disputed territory.

Chief Organizer of PTI Saif Ullah Niazi and President of PTI Punjab Ejaz Chuadhary were leading the rally while people from different walks of life including Kashmiri leadership also participated.

The participants were carrying placards, expressing solidarity with the people of held Kashmir and chanting slogans against Indian forces' brutalities against the Kashmiris.

Addressing the rally, the speakers said India cannot change the special status of Kashmir in violation the UN resolutions.

They urged the United Nations, OIC and international community to force India to end brutalities in the disputed territory.

Rallies and gatherings were held across the country after Jumma prayers today in protest against Indian government's decision to revoke the constitutional provisions ending the special status given to the state of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
