Ambassador of Japan to Pakistan, Kuninori Matsuda called on SpecialAssistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting, RaoofHassan in Islamabad.

Bilateral relations between Pakistan and Japan and the history of mutualcooperation in promotion of culture and tourism, trade and investmentbetween the two countries came under discussion during the meeting.

The two sides also exchanged views regarding promotion of relations in thefields of media and training of personnel of media organizations.

The Special Assistant appreciated the cooperation of Japan with Pakistan indifferent fields especially in health, education, culture and tourism.
