Peace talks between Taliban and Afghan government negotiating teams willresume in Doha, Qatar on Friday after two-day delay. The two sides held three consecutive meetings this week to discuss theagenda of negotiations after having reached an agreement on the proceduralrules for the talks. However Taliban asked for two days to discuss the 28-article demand listof the Afghan government’s negotiating team.
