Complete shutdown across Occupied Kashmir against state terrorism of Indian Army

SRINAGAR – In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown is being observed todayto mark the International Human Rights Day as Black Day.

Its aim is to draw attention of the world towards the gross human rightsviolations being committed by Indian troops in the occupied territory.

Call for the shutdown has been given by Joint Resistance Leadershipcomprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik.

In a statement issued in Srinagar, the leadership said occupied Kashmir isthe most militarized zone of the world where all rights of the peopleincluding right to life have been snatched by Indian troops.

The leaders appealed to international human rights organizations to takecognizance of the grim human rights situation in occupied Kashmir andimpress upon India to stop its state terrorism in the territory.
