KARACHI – In order to create awareness among general populace regardingimportance of cleanliness, Pakistan Navy conducted Beach Cleaning and TreePlantation Campaign at Sea View on Saturday.

A large number of Pakistan Navy officers, men, students of Bahria Colleges/Bahria Model Schools and various civil society segments participated in thecampaign. Sindh Governor Imran Ismail graced the occasion as chief guest.

In his closing remarks, the Sindh governor highlighted the adverse effectson climate change caused by pollution and importance of clean and greenenvironment in mitigating those adverse effects.
