A small passenger plane has crashed in Russia, killing 16 people andinjuring seven others.
According to the Russian news agency, the L410 twin-engine planecrashed near the town of Menzi Linsk in the Russian region ofTatarstan.
The short-range light plane had 23 people on board, including about 20skydivers.
