In the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan, there was an exchange of firebetween the military and terrorists, during which Lance Naik Jamshed Khanof the Pakistan Army was martyred.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lance Naik JamshedKhan bravely fought against terrorists and sacrificed his life. Lance NaikJamshed Khan, aged 28, hailed from the Dir Bala region and was martyred inthe line of duty.
ISPR reports that a clearance operation is underway in the area toeliminate terrorists.
