Three civilians were injured on Thursday after Indian forces openedunprovoked fire across the Line of Control (LoC).

In a press release, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said thatIndian troops again targetted civilian population in Bedori sector alongLoC. “Pakistan Army troops responded effectively to Indian firing,” ISPRsaid.

On Wednesday, Indian forces initiated an unprovoked ceasefire violation inBedori sector in which resident of District Chakwal, Havaldar Liaqat, age39 years embraced shahadat.

“Pakistan Army responded effectively. Reports of heavy losses on enemy interms of men and material,” the army’s media wing said.

Earlier, Army troops shot down an Indian spying quadcopter in Chakothisector along LoC. The quadcopter had intruded 500 meters on Pakistan’sside, ISPR said.

This is the 11 time that Pakistan Army has shot down India’s quadcopter.
