Chairing a meeting in Islamabad today, he stressed the need the need toestablish a special institutional mechanism to facilitate the return ofhighly qualified overseas Pakistani professionals and investors to Pakistan.

The Advisor said it has been decided to launch a web portal for theoverseas Pakistanis to capture the knowledge, expertise and skills to bringtransformation in the country.
