ISLAMABAD Veteran Pakistani Batsman Shoaib Malik breaks windows panes withhis startling sixes in T20 Blast being held in Canada.
Pakistan all-rounder Shoaib Malik reminded the world of his power hittingwhen he broke two window glasses with his sixes during the qualifier matchbetween Vancouver Knights and Brampton Wolves in GT20 Canada on Thursday.
Malik, who is representing Vancouver Knights, first hit leg-spinner IshSodhi for a 68-meter maximum in the 13th over to smash the first window. Hefollowed that up with another six of left-arm pacer Wahab Riaz’s bowling inthe 16th over, which destroyed the other window glass at the CAA Centre inBrampton.
The 37-year-old, who is yet to be dismissed in the tournament, scored anunbeaten 46 runs from 26 balls to help his side muster a total of 170-4 in16 overs. His innings included four fours and three sixes.
