ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has ordered to immediately register case against the Chairman SECP Zafar Hejazi on record tempering issue as mentioned in the FIA report.

Earlier Panama Case head Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, ordered that the identity of the person responsible for leaking Hussain Nawaz’s interrogation picture should be made public.

The prime minister’s son had petitioned the top court asking for the formation of a judicial commission to probe the leaking of his picture during a session of the Panama case Joint Investigation Team (JIT).

The government, over the weekend, had submitted its response on the issue on the directions of the bench.

Court Responding to Hussain’s plea, Justice Ejaz observed that the government can form a commission on the issue if it deems fit.
