MUMBAI – Indian cricket star, Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement frominternational cricket on Monday with immediate effect.
“I have decided to move on. Cricket has given me everything and that’s whyI am standing here,” he said at an event dedicated to the announcement.
“It’s been a love-hate relationship,” Singh said about his stint withCricket.
The left-hander said he liked Chris Gayle, Ricky Ponting, MuttiahMuralitharan, Glenn McGrath among others when asked about favouriteoverseas fellows.
“I made some great friends and some not so great friends in cricket overthe years. I have never stopped believing in myself…always believe inyourself,” he said.
