ISLAMABAD – Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan said India is fanningterrorism in Pakistan through the Afghan soil.

Talking to media men in Rawalpindi on Thursday, he said spreading fake newsthrough media is also one of the strategies of India against Pakistan.

He said New Delhi is committing ceasefire violations and targeting theinnocent civilians at the Line of Control due to its vested interests. Hesaid Pakistan Army is befittingly responding to the Indian unprovokedfiring at LoC.

The Defence Minister said that defence cooperation between Pakistan andChina is rapidly increasing.

He said Pakistan also enjoys good relations with Russia and dialogueregarding defence cooperation is in progress with the Russian federation.

Khurram Dastgir said our civilians and armed forces have renderedunrivalled sacrifices in war on terror.

He said now we have to reaffirm our commitment that no one will be allowedto reverse the gains in countering the terrorism.

Defence Minister said Pakistan has embarked on the road towards developmentand prosperity after getting rid of the darkness and bloodshed.
