BEIJING – China will not attend an international meeting of ForeignMinisters in Canada to discuss North Korea.
Speaking at a daily news briefing in Beijing on Wednesday, China’s ForeignMinistry Spokesman Lu Kang said that meeting would not help resolvetensions on the Korean peninsula because not all of the main parties wouldbe there.
Canada and the United States are co-hosting the meeting in Vancouver on16th of this month to demonstrate international solidarity against NorthKorea’s nuclear and missile tests. (Reuters)
