Did Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg pledge $5 million for Pakistani Dam?

ISLAMABAD - Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg named Twitter Account has made a pledge to contribute $5 million for Pakistan’s dam fund.
The Account tweeted:
“Pakistan's new government is serious in making dams and I'm sure Imran Khan will make dams in his government. As humanity, #Facebook will also participate in the Dam Fund #Facebook will give 5 million$ in the #PMDamFund,” the account tweeted.
In a second tweet, he said that he would soon visit Pakistan as an honest government was installed in the country.
However the account turned out to be the imposter and no such announcement has been made by the Facebook founder.
