Rawalpindi: In an operation by security forces in Zhob, 5 terrorists were killed, while a major and a young soldier were martyred.
According to the Pakistan Army's Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Sambaza area of Zhob district in Balochistan.
The Pakistan Army spokesperson stated that during the operation, 5 terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire, and Major Syed Ali Raza Shah and Havaldar Nasar Ahmad Bahaduri were martyred while fighting.
ISPR has said that the sacrifice of brave soldiers is a tribute to their dedication. The Pakistan Army spokesperson added that security forces are determined to uproot terrorism and salute those who sacrifice their lives for the nation.
It should be noted that security forces had conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Ziarat area of Kech district in Balochistan in recent days, during which 2 terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire.
