Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi, while speaking to a private TV channel, said that all political parties, including PTI, have equal rights. The Election Commission and the caretaker government will ensure equal opportunities for all registered political parties.

Our goal is to defend our state, citizens, and national borders. Illegal foreign residents within the country should leave the country voluntarily by October 31st, and after October 31st, such individuals will be forcefully expelled.

Giving the election date is not the responsibility of the caretaker government; it is the Election Commission that announces the election date, and elections will be held accordingly. National broadcasters support the state worldwide, and public broadcasters are essential institutions for national service.

Regarding a question, he mentioned that giving the election date is not the responsibility of the caretaker government; the Election Commission of Pakistan is the constitutional body responsible for conducting elections. After taking the oath, there is continuous communication with the Election Commission, and complete trust is placed in the competence and leadership of the Election Commission. Elections will be held on the date announced by the Election Commission.

Responding to another question, he stated that the PTI is a major political party in the country, and the environment for elections is already in place. In this electoral environment, every party and its leadership have the freedom to take a stance on any important issue. He mentioned that the media is also free in the country, the courts are also independent, and all registered political parties have equal opportunities.

He emphasized that the Election Commission and the caretaker government will ensure equal opportunities for all political parties. When asked about negotiations, he reiterated that political parties run their election campaigns even in challenging circumstances. PTI is a registered political party, and all political parties, including PTI, have equal rights. How PTI conducts its election campaign is its own matter, and there are no restrictions in this regard.
